We Can Help
Everybody has a problem that worries them or “keeps them awake at night” – their own personal “headache”. In our experience, for people involved in anything technical, it tends to be one or more of the following:
- “Our consultants keep us waiting for answers, or give us incomplete answers!”
- “Our various consultants don’t co-ordinate adequately before producing final documentation!”
- “I have a problem but I’m having trouble defining it!”
- “Our consultants don’t give us what we really need!”
- “The project runs over budget and behind time for reasons that could have been avoided!”
And these are only a few of the headaches that tend to plague the average Client.
Our aim is always to avoid all the above headaches by holding in-depth discussions with our Clients and sign up on an agreed scope of work before we even put pen to paper.
This is the beginning of our “no surprises” approach to working with our Clients.
This is the beginning of our “no surprises” approach to working with our Clients. The “no surprises” approach is the first and major dose of “paracetamol” for dealing with our client’s headaches.
This approach also includes strategies such as regular communication, discussion of a reasonable number of alternatives setting out the pros and cons of each alternative, obtaining signoff at each significant stage of the project and early, ongoing, communication between all disciplines.
